Visiting Our Theatre

We are able to open our theatre to full capacity so that your party can sit together, this is dependant on Welsh Government legislation at the time.

Staff will be on hand to ensure each of our guests are seated and feel comfortable in our Auditorium. When the show has finished, we will ensure guests are able to leave maintaining a safe distance.

We ask that customers are respectful of other customers. If they need to leave the auditorium to go to the toilet, they should do so, being mindful of others safety.

Please refrain from using the Gwyn Hall…..

  • Have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days.

If you cannot attend a performance due to the above reason, please contact us via email on gwynhall@celticleisure.org by 10am on the day of the performance and we will, offer a credit note in lieu of your tickets so you can return when it is safe to do so.

The wearing of face coverings is no longer mandatory for staff and customers  at the venue, this is now personal choice. We ask that you please respect an individuals personal choice.

 

All of our team have received Covid 19 awareness training and are provided with relevant PPE, to enable them to carry out their daily tasks safely

Gwyn Hall Film Club

We are planning on starting a new venture! The staff at Gwyn Hall are very passionate about films as well as live and have been hoping to create a film club for some time.

We would love to hear your ideas. Please email us at gwynhall@celticleisure.com

Our Panto Cinderella will be here from January 6th – January 15th 2023

We are continuously updating and confirming dates for any live shows that have been re-scheduled and will let all bookers know via email as quickly as possible if a new date has been arranged.

All old tickets have been transferred to the new dates automatically. If you are unable to make the new date for any show booked or would like to discuss anything please contact gwynhall@celticleisure.org and we will get back to you at the earliest opportunity.
