The opening night of the 'Stand Up for South Wales' Comedy Festival' (Previously the Neath Comedy Festival) brings the superb Hal Cruttenden to Neath rugby Club.

Hal is one of the top touring stand up comedians working in the UK and beyond today, as well as being a highly accomplished writer, presenter and actor.

He has made several appearances on ‘Live at the Apollo’, ‘Have I Got News For You’, ‘The Royal Variety Performance’ , ‘Would I Lie To You’, ‘The One Show’, ‘The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice’ and ‘Mock the Week' to name but a few.

He is a comedic force to be reckoned with, blending razor-sharp wit with a disarmingly charming demeanour. Hal has become a household name due his uncanny ability to find humour in the most ordinary of life's challenges.

From the trials of modern relationships to the absurdities of everyday existence, Cruttenden's observational comedy is both relatable and laugh-out-loud funny. His self-deprecating style and infectious enthusiasm have earned him a dedicated fanbase and a reputation as one of the UK's top comedic talents.
